Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute our company’s marketing strategies and initiatives. Responsibilities:

- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels. Develop brand guidelines and collaborate with design teams to create visually compelling assets.
- Content Strategy: Develop and oversee content creation, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and other relevant materials. Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Digital Marketing: Manage the company’s online presence, including website content, SEO strategies, and social media platforms. Identify opportunities to leverage emerging digital trends for increased brand exposure.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and drive product/service enhancements.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum return on investment. Monitor expenses and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budgetary constraints.
- Leadership: Lead the engagement with the external marketing agency and PR partner, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Delegate tasks, and monitor results versus performance goals.
- Analytics and Reporting: Regularly track, measure, and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs. Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to refine strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, with a focus on strategy development and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex data and draw actionable insights.
