After beta-testing our text-based surveys over the past few months, we are excited to announce that we have enabled our survey technology to work across our entire platform and we are now conducting text-messaging surveys at the end of every delivery.

When you book your delivery, provide us with your customer’s cell phone number and we will automatically send the survey at the end of the delivery.
How do you know how well we did?
- Simply go to https://www.deliveright.com/track
- Enter your order number and click ‘Go’.
- Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page where you can find the survey result (assuming the end-consumer responded).
