Stay away from this company, and if you want to buy something from a place that uses them for delivery, ask for a... different delivery company or walk away. They’ll schedule deliveries and don’t show up and won’t even call you to let you know. Their automated emails are all over the place, leaving you confused about what’s going on even after you think deliveries are confirmed. Overall bad communication, took longer to receive my furniture and they do very little to own up to their mistakes. That said, their delivery guys were great, efficient and did a phenomenal job setting up the furniture. They’re the only good thing about this company.read more

The team was amazing and very professional. They were even earlier than expected which helped us tremendously. They... were very polite and did a great job managing all the furniture and locating them in the area we wanted. They were very careful with the furniture to prevent any damage to them and also to the house. Our furniture arrived complete and in perfect conditions. We are impressed on how the team managed to complete the whole job. Thanks & Blessings!read more

We buy a wardrobe for our daughters nursery all to make sure it’s in stock end will be here in the estimated 4-6 week... window that’s on their website.. After weeks of no response trying to figure out why 4-6 weeks turned into 20 weeks to deliver, they finally tell me at week 12 that it’s made it to the local delivery hub and I will be contacted to be delivered withing 3-10 days.. they never contacted me withing those 10 days. So I contact them; then tell me they have no expected delivery date o just had to wait.. 8 weeks go by then they call yesterday after many failed attempts on my part to get information out of them, they call yesterday and scheduled between 1130 and 230 they arrive at 4 but they had my item and the delivery guys were very nice but that doesn’t matter it’s not their fault their employers are incompetent and lie to customers never again.. if discount is in the name it’s in the serviceread more

They refused to wear supplied booties or take off their shoes, citing liability issues. This is understandable if they... are even wearing work boots or shoes but they’re just wearing vans or street shoes that have no grip. We asked them to move it in 5 feet to the entryway and they chipped a part of the door off. Not sure how this is supposed to be “white glove”.read more

I ordered the Party time White 3 piece and because I was moving I said that I didn't want it set up and leave it in the... plastic only trusting that after you spend that type of money all items are together only to find out. I'm just now setting up because my brother said you never not check your purchase and the loveseat middle headrest is missing!! No one even bothered to cal me to have my piece sent to me I'm sure it at the warehouse unclaimed or somethingread more

Personnel is prompt efficient and professional. They removed packaging and discarded plastic and card board. No damages... to furniture or my walls or doors.read more

The delivery crew arrived on time, assembled my pedestal table, and brought in my four white chairs. The entire job... took only a few minutes, and then they cleaned up after themselves. I was extremely pleased with their work!read more

Deliveright is one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to work with. We ordered a couch from... Overstock, which Deliveright was supposed to deliver. They kept setting delivery dates to our local hub and then clearing them with no notice. After approximately two months of this, I contacted to see what was happening. July 27th: On the first contact, I was promised that the item would arrive in Nashville on July 29th ("Rest assured upon checking order is already in transit to the final mile hub on July 29"). When I expressed skepticism, they assured me that no, it would definitely be there then, so I scheduled someone to come pick up our old couch. We now have no couch. July 30th: When it did not arrive and I contacted them again, they stated that in fact, it had not been in transit to the final mile hub after all, but that that day it would ship out from their Lexington hub and would arrive in our home city in 4-6 weeks (our home city is 6.5 hours drive away from Lexington). August 3rd: I contacted them again and they stated that it had not, in fact, departed from the Lexington hub and would arrive in our home city (again, 6.5 hours away from Lexington) 4-6 weeks after they in fact did it ship it out. This company should honestly be shut down for poor service, false promises, and straight-up deception.read more

I took the day off to receive an entertainment center delivery. The delivery included 'White Glove' assembly. They... showed up on time, but didn't have time to build the unit. When I called Coleman Furniture to see if I could build it and receive a credit, they agreed to pay me $75 (but I had to waive rights to any damage). There's no way to tell if items are damaged because they're still in the box, and if I opened the box it'd hold them harmless. Pretty lame all around, and now I have 3 huge boxes in my entryway instead of an entertainment center as I wait for them to reschedule. As of now, there's no timeframe for when assembly will occur (and when it does I'll have to take off work again).read more

They honored the set delivery date, executed the delivery experience as told at time of purchase. Quality of... merchandise is excellent! The free delivery and free setup installation was definitely a plus, thank you!read more

The chairs we purchased from North Carolina (to be delivered to Utah) were picked up on June 1st (or a day or two... earlier?) and were delivered today, July 15th). They were delivered in great shape, and the local drop off guys gave us 30 minutes notice, which was good, however, for the previous 6+ weeks, we had no communication from Deliveright. We know there’s a shortage of drivers and that deliveries take longer, but not knowing if it would take two weeks or seven months was very frustrating. (We were initially told approx 2 weeks from the seller, but it was just a guess because they didn’t know) There are so many ways to communicate the tracking of purchased goods so I don’t know why Deliveright couldn’t keep us posted about the approximate arrival date. Even if it was going to take months, at least letting us know would have been less frustrating. Again, the local people were great, very professional and our chairs arrived in perfect condition, and we are very happy with that. So if you don’t mind not knowing when something will arrive, Deliveright will be a great choice for you!read more

The delivery men were very conscientious and tidy - took off their shoes, cleaned up all the materials when they left.... They even re-arranged the furniture for me so that I could see it a couple different ways. I also received a call from them to let me know that they were on their way — on time as promised. They did a great job.read more

The delivery team called approximately 30 minutes before arrival, and pulled in the driveway within 5 minutes of the... specified time. They were very courteous and friendly, respectful of social distancing requirements, and moved very quickly. All items of furniture were placed exactly where I requested, and there was not a single scrap of debris remaining after they left. Everything was perfectly assembled, and they even nicely arranged the pillows and cushions. They were careful with the items they were delivering, as well as the existing furnishings. I could not be more pleased with the quality of service they provided!read more

Company was chosen by vendor to deliver my furniture order. Very glad they did. Very good work team. Unwrapped and... placed the items with care. Placed as directed and cleaned up all the packing when finished. Observed covid rules. Very professional. I'm very satisfied with the work performed. Thank you.read more

Very professional, helpful delivery team. Despite COVID-related delays, I was very happy with the team who delivered... our furniture. They were professional, friendly, and did an excellent job with set up. They even tried to resolve a small manufacturing defect in our item. Highly recommend for your delivery needs.read more

I notified the company of the communication problem with the driver/installer. The company (Jorge) was very responsive... and took immediate and corrective action to help us resolve the issue. They are personally reaching out to the vendor to have a new bed frame sent out. Thanks Jorge for your wonderful assistance. Look forward to having the receipt of the new bedframe and have it installed by your company. They delivered a bedroom set. The bed frame and head board was supposed to be set up correctly. Instead they hooked it up wrong and left big gaps on the sides of the bed where the mattress sits. When I brought the driver/installer attention, he said that is the way it was suppose to be. I had my new CalKing delivered and the sides of the frame do not sit against the bed. Instead, there is dangerous large gaps on each side. Crazy!read more

I highly recommend deliveright! The two men that delivered my 400 pound buffet were the absolute best delivery people... I’ve ever had. They called me with updates and they arrived when they were supposed to. They did an excellent job getting it into my house and setting it upread more

A sofa and ottoman were successfully delivered on Thursday, Feb18, 2021. On the one hand, this was a pleasant surprise,... given the dangerous road conditions in the central Texas area, this week of unusual cold, snow, and ice. On the other hand, this is just *furniture* - there is no reason to put the delivery people, and others on the road, in danger by making a furniture delivery on time. If this was a delivery of plumbing supplies for broken pipes, food, or water, to people in need, then 'great!' but it is just furniture. The lack of a call informing me of the delivery prior to arrival was a small matter. For me, a call from the company telling me the delivery would be delayed a couple of days until the roads were completely safe would have been more humane. Unfortunately, I can see where other people would be angry about the delivery not being made. My own preference is companies prioritize the safety of their employees.read more

This company kept us informed about where our items were. Scheduling delivery was easy. For questions, we were able to... talk to a real person without waiting for hours on the phone. They contacted us the day before our scheduled delivery for a delivery window and any impediments outside the home they needed to know about. They came and quickly set up our items. They were courteous and wore masks and took care with our items. Thank you!read more

I had a large couch delivered recently and Deliveright handled the last mile. They were awesome. Timely -- called half... an hour before arrival. Quick -- there wasn't any dawdling. They were able to get the couch in, installed where I wanted it, and everything cleaned up in less than half an hour. Excellent, excellent, excellent.read more

I got an email that my furniture was ready for delivery - and then couldn’t get on one of their routes for over three... weeks (I called customer service, and was promised a callback that never came). Finally, My furniture arrived today and the delivery men refused to take off their shoes to bring it into our home. I have had deliveries from Crate and Barrel and Pottery Barn in the past several weeks - excellent service, no problem removing shoes, courteous. I ordered through Modsy, and these deliver guys? Forget it. Never again.read more
