NEW CLEAN POD POLICY

Dear Valued Partners,

As we continue to expand our services, capabilities, and the number of shippers leveraging our industry-leading delivery network, we are excited to announce our new Clean POD policy. With enhancements to our proprietary Grasshopper shipping management technology, we will now ensure 100% accuracy in POD signatures, allowing us to move our partners to a Clean POD policy with confidence.

What does Clean POD really mean and when does it start?
Starting June 1st, if there are any damages associated with the products at the time of delivery, the customer must make a note of this on the digital POD at the time of signature. If no damages are reported, the POD will be classified as ‘clean’ and therefore will not be eligible for any future claims.

How does this impact you?
We know claims take up valuable time and resources for everyone involved. With this new policy in place, it will allow all parties to become more efficient and more effective when it comes to claims. We are confident that this new policy will remove any confusion of liability when it comes to claims going forward.

We hope you and your teams are equally excited about this announcement, and as always, if you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to your Deliveright team.

We appreciate your partnership and look forward to continued growth together!
